Q. How quickly will I receive my order?
A. All orders placed Monday through Thursday, before 12Noon, Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be shipped the next business day. All orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday (depending on workload and if payment has been received).
Q. What is the price of each greeting card?
A. Presently, each greeting card has a suggested retail price of $3.00. The wholesale price varies, dependant upon number of cards purchased. (Please know, prices are subject to change without notice).
Q. Can I purchase your greeting cards at wholesale prices?
A. Yes, you can purchase at wholesale prices if your order totals, at least, $100.00. Of course, the more cards you purchase…the greater your wholesale discount!
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Hey Girl! Greetings, Inc. will accept returns within 10 days of date of purchase, but only if merchandise was damaged upon delivery. Returns will only be accepted when in its original, packaging or through the retail store where merchandise was purchased (must have original store receipt). No returns for buyer’s remorse.
Q. Are envelopes included with each greeting card?
A. Yes, an envelope is included with each greeting card.
Q. Is there a minimum order quantity?
A. Yes, there is a minimum order of $9 for single cards at retail price and $100 for wholesalers.
Q. Do I have to pay in advance for greeting cards?
A. Yes, payment must be received in advance for all greeting cards. Payment can be made by credit card, certified funds or C.O.D.
Q. Do you ship to other countries?
A. Yes, we do ship internationally.
Q. What is the cost to ship greeting cards, both, domestically and internationally?
A. Since we use, both, the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship merchandise, the shipping cost is based upon your preference in shipping options (e.g., priority, parcel post, express, etc.), the weight and all destination charges in which all parties have designated.
