Hey Girl! Greetings, Inc. will accept returns within 10 days (if purchased on-line) of date of purchase, but only if merchandise was damaged upon delivery.  Returns will only be accepted when in its original packaging.  

Sorry…no returns for buyer’s remorse.

Hey Girl! Greetings, Inc., uses, both, the United States Post Office (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship our merchandise. Most packages that are five pounds or less are shipped using the USPS and those over five pounds are sent via UPS.   All shipping charges are based on rates (rates are based upon weight of merchandise, destination and delivery preference (e.g. air, surface, over night, etc.)) in which UPSP and UPS have established.  Visit www.usps.com/rates or www.ups.com to determine shipping rates.

Please be aware, within the USA, Hey Girl! Greetings, Inc. will add the following handling fee based on the cost of shipping for all merchandise ordered: 

• $  4.00 - $25.00, add $3.00
• $25.01 - $40.00, add $4.00
• $40.01 - $65.00, add $5.00
• Over $65.00, add $6.00

Since we ship all merchandise using First-Class or Priority Mailing, customers should expect to receive their order within 5-7 business days if all obligations have been met.  Should you need a faster delivery time, we will provide Express Mail or Next Day delivery, at an additional charge, of course.

• You may incur tax or duty charges in your country (we have no control in this matter)
• Our primary language is English, therefore, we have limited ability to understand and, thus, make transactions in other languages.  For such reasons, we only handle all orders in English
